We understand that some of our customers have a tendency to be last minute shoppers. There is no problem with that. We can help you out with full filling your orders. One thing is we tend to get alot of customers that need an order to ship out that same day overnight express. That is not a problem for us. We can arrange for your order to ship out directly from our manufactures warehouses.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We would like to inform all of our customers that we can only do size exchanges on items that have not been worn. The merchandise must still be in original packaging. All sales on any intimate items like panties and items that can obtain bodily fluids can not be exchanged or returned. There are health regulations that we must follow. Plus that is unsanitary. We can do size exchanges on pants, dresses, tops, certain skirts etc. If you purchase an item that is on SALE all sales are final on those items. Any returns or exchanges will be issued a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via email A.S.A.P. before your order is shipped out. All returns must be recieved no later than 7 business days after delivered.

Due to high volume sales some items may not be in stock. If you need your item to ship out the next day or in fact that same day please email us with the following information: the item(s) number(s) that you want, your name and contact information, and your address so we can give you an estimate on you delivery date as well.

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped out we will send you an email to confirm the tracking number, and the estimated delivery date. After that you can view the delivery status of your order online, or hear it over the phone.
